The Data Modeler plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models meet quality and performance standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Netezza.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational database design.
- Ability to analyze and optimize database performance and query efficiency.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Netezza.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
