• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls, field visits, emails, and messages regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on pending accounts and ensure timely debt recovery.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Update collection status in the system on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding difficult cases.
