Job Description

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Package Management: Loading, scanning, sorting, and unloading packages securely at the delivery station and during delivery.
  • Safe Delivery: Transporting items to residential and business locations promptly.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring a positive experience by handling packages with care and interacting politely with customers.
  • Technology Utilization: Using an Android app to track packages, follow routes, and update delivery statuses in real-time.
  • Documentation and Payments: Verifying recipient identities, obtaining signatures, collecting cash-on-delivery payments, and managing returns.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and operational vehicle (bike or van) and adhering to traffic laws
