Delivery Cum Store Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Store & Delivery Executive to manage both delivery operations and store activities. The role involves delivering products to customers as well as assisting the Store Manager with inventory management, invoice handling, and day-to-day store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver products and materials to customers and vendors in a timely manner.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements.
• Prepare and manage invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of products in the store.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain delivery records and collect acknowledgements from customers.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines during deliveries and store activities.
• RequirementsValid driving license (if delivery vehicle operation is required).
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and invoice management.
• Familiarity with MS Excel or billing software is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle both field and store-related responsibilities.
