Job Description
- Deliver products to customers within the assigned area on time
- Verify orders, invoices, and payment (if applicable) before delivery
- Ensure safe handling of products to avoid damage
- Collect payments (Cash/UPI) and update records accurately
- Maintain delivery logs and daily reports
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for order pickup
- Follow delivery routes efficiently to minimize time and fuel cost
- Handle customer queries politely during delivery
- Report delays, issues, or returns to the supervisor
