Gozerve is a smart electronics repair platform built by Viaconnect Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. We provide seamless pickup, repair, and delivery services for laptops and other devices, ensuring convenience and reliability for customers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Pickup & Delivery Executive to handle doorstep device collection and delivery across Chennai. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pickup laptops and devices from customer locations
- Safely deliver devices after repair
- Coordinate with operations team for daily assignments
- Handle devices with utmost care and accountability
- Maintain proper pickup & delivery records
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Collect payments (if required) and update status
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
- Own bike (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Chennai routes and areas
- Basic smartphone usage (for navigation & updates)
- Good communication skills (Tamil required, English is a plus)
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
