DELIVERY HEAD – APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Main Tasks

Pre-Live and Post Live Support
Application monitoring and maintenance
Follow up on issues raised through ticket system
Vendor and user coordination

Areas of Responsibility

Single point of contact for Business Core Users during UAT and Go Live
Co-ordination with QA/BA/Development team and Business Users during UAT and Live support (Work with cross-functional team)
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills
Foresight to anticipate and address potential issues before they become real issues
