Summary:
As a Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial goals are achieved. This role requires maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing the overall delivery outcomes. The Delivery Lead actively seeks opportunities to expand business through up-selling or cross-selling, ensuring continuous growth and client satisfaction. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a key part of the daily routine to drive successful project execution and foster long-term partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of delivery activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously monitor delivery metrics and implement improvements to optimize service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration and delivery.
- Experience in managing contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines and quality.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress and resolve issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
