About the Clinic:

Rootz Dental Care and Implant Center is a modern dental clinic in Navalur, Chennai, offering comprehensive dental treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments, and dental implants. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled dentists to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine patients and diagnose dental/oral health issues
• Perform routine dental procedures — fillings, extractions, RCT, scaling, and cleaning
• Assist with or perform dental implant procedures (for experienced candidates)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols are followed
• Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient flow

Requirements:

• BDS degree (mandatory); MDS preferred for senior roles
• Valid registration with the State/Dental Council of India
• Freshers with good clinical knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Experienced candidates with implant/cosmetic dentistry exposure preferred
• Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude
• Willingness to work full-time at the Navalur location

Skills Required:

• Sound clinical and diagnostic skills
• Hands-on experience with dental equipment and procedures
• Basic knowledge of dental software/record-keeping (preferred, not mandatory)
• Team player with good interpersonal skills

Salary: For freshers (18k) As per experience and industry standards (negotiable for the right candidate)
