Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure all deployment activities are aligned and interdependencies are effectively managed. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment process through established metrics and pilot programs are key daily tasks. Additionally, facilitating training sessions and coordinating resources to support a smooth deployment are integral parts of the role, ensuring that the overall project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure seamless integration across all involved teams.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies related to deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong expertise in deployment planning and execution within complex project environments.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for large-scale deployments.
- Skilled in monitoring project metrics and implementing corrective actions to maintain deployment timelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and team performance.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
