Deputy Branch Manager

DrSafeHands Clinic is seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensure smooth patient services, achieve business targets, and lead the branch team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise front office, nursing, counselling, and support staff.
• Monitor appointments, patient flow, and branch productivity.
• Achieve monthly revenue and operational targets.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for clinic requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

Eligibility

• BAMS/BHMS/BDS/ Nursing/ B.Pharma.
• 3–6 years of experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or retail operations.
• Prior experience in team handling and branch operations is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage operations, sales, and customer service simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
