What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d):

• Conduct Root cause analysis for breakdown and take corrective action (TPM)
• Carrying out audits for proper maintenance of machine and provide necessary guidance
• Implement PM, TBM & CBM activities as per plan.
• Maintain machine history, preventive maintenance records
• Instruments calibration, Spare part planning. Provide resource of Men, Material and tools. Recondition machines, when required. Installation and erection of new machines and Equipment

 

Your profile as Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d):

• Coordination of various activities for quick resolution of machine breakdowns
• Maintenance knowledge in CNC, PLC, SPM based machines and assembly Test rigs
• CNC Spindle and Ball screw assembly
• Assembly test rig and equipment’s maintenance.
• Preventive , Time based, and condition based maintenance techniques
