Job Description
Role Summary
Supports purchase operations by sourcing and collecting materials from local vendors, ensuring timely delivery and documentation of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local suppliers for pickups, delivery tracking, and invoicing
- Ensure quality and quantity checks during material collection
- Maintain purchase records and update inventory team
- Assist with urgent field requirements and store coordination
- Report daily activities to the Purchase Manager
Requirements
- Knowledge of local markets and good vendor interaction skills
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground coordination
- Basic familiarity with purchase documentation
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and phone-based communication
- A two-wheeler for material pickup is an added advantage
