Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Certification or internship experience in a hospital or fitness center is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and educate clients.
- Familiarity with meal planning tools, body composition analysis, and client progress tracking.
- Fluency in Tamil and English (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and health assessments.
- Create personalized diet plans for weight, muscle gain, and health conditions.
- Guide clients on sports nutrition, corporate wellness, and recovery diets.
- Work closely with trainers for integrated care.
- Track client progress and update plans accordingly.
- Educate on healthy eating, portion control, and label reading.
- Maintain client records and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with current nutrition trends and research.
