Job Description
Create engaging social media posts, reels, and short videos.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
Design promotional creatives using Canva or Adobe Express.
Write captions, blogs, and marketing content.
Assist in SEO and Google Business Profile management.
Support email, WhatsApp, and social media marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Research competitors and market trends.
Make outbound telecalling to prospective students and clients.
Follow up on enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Explain course offerings, training programs, and business services over phone.
Maintain lead data and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and training teams to convert qualified leads.
