Job Description

Director, Product Leadership

Job Description

We are seeking a senior Product Leader to drive platformlevel data, analytics, and integration initiatives within the Activate platform. This role owns complex, crossfunctional initiatives endtoend, from strategy and discovery through delivery, go‑to‑market alignment, and scale.

The Associate Product Director will lead a portfolio of data integration and analytics initiatives, ensuring scalable foundations, consistent data experiences, and measurable customer and business value. This role requires strong product leadership combined with deep understanding of data platforms and analytics‑driven products.

Key Responsibilities

Initiative & Product Leadership

  • Lead multiple, concurrent analytics and data integration initiatives, acting as the single accountable product owner for outcomes.
  • Translate company objectives into a prioritized portfolio of platform data initiatives.
  • Define scope, sequencing, and success metrics to balance near‑term impact with long‑term scalability.

Product Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Set a clear platform vision for analytics and data integration.
  • Own multi‑year product roadmaps that enable reuse, global scale, and future advanced capabilities (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, AI‑assisted insights).
  • Ground strategy and prioritization in customer workflows and decision needs.

Data Integration & Analytics Foundations

  • Lead product definition for data integration, analytics enablement, and scalability, including APIs, metadata harmonization, and KPI alignment.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver robust, performant, and repeatable solutions.
  • Make informed trade‑offs across value, feasibility, cost, and platform health.

Delivery & Dependency Management

  • Own initiative roadmaps, milestones, and delivery across multiple agile squads.
  • Manage dependencies across platform, data, and front‑end teams to ensure cohesive delivery.

GoToMarket & Commercial Alignment

  • Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing to shape value propositions, positioning, pricing inputs, and launch readiness.
  • Ensure analytics capabilities are communicated as part of a coherent product story, not isolated features.

Customer, Market & Competitive Insight

  • Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate workflows and priorities.
  • Monitor competitive trends to ensure meaningful differentiation.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine direction and execution.

Leadership & Measurement

  • Define KPIs to track adoption, performance, and impact.
  • Mentor product managers and foster strong product practices across teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including analytics platforms or data‑driven products.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional, initiative‑level work.
  • Strong understanding of data integration architectures, APIs, and scalable platform design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable operating in agile, highly interdependent environments.

What Success Looks Like

  • Analytics and data initiatives consistently deliver clear customer and business value.
  • The platform scales efficiently as new data sources and use cases are added.
  • Data foundations are reusable and coherent rather than fragmented.
  • The role becomes the natural owner for new analytics and data integration initiatives over time.
