Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch and delivery of agriculture machinery, spare parts, and equipment. The candidate will coordinate with warehouse, transport teams, dealers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage dispatch operations for agriculture machinery and spare parts

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely loading and delivery

Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans

Track vehicle movement and delivery status

Ensure proper packaging and safe transportation of machinery

Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and customers regarding dispatch schedules

Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement reports

Resolve delivery-related issues and delays efficiently

Ensure compliance with transportation and safety guidelines

Support smooth inward and outward material movement operations

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations

Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems

Time management and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
