Draughtsperson - Marine and Structural Drafting Specialist

Draughtsperson

A draftsperson who is able to prepare drawings required for a Ports & Harbour / marine structures project, both operating & Tender. Develop drawings in coordination with Engineers and support Engineers to develop their design. Responsible for maintaining timeliness, quality / correctness of their drawings.

Should have or be capable of & interested in developing any or all of the below skills

• Drafting & drawing development – RCC / Steel / Rock bund structures / Construction sequence 
• Relevant codes & standards related to drafting notations & details
• Drafting / modeling software – CAD, Revit, Navisworks, Tekla
• Visualisation of design & site
• Digital skills including automation, BIM etc. 

Key Tasks

• Deliver drawings on time with required quality, accuracy and correctness.
• Support Engineers in developing scheme & design details.
• Maximise quality & productivity of design / drawing deliverables.
