Job Description
Prepress Designer – Label PrintingCompany: Sai Sri Labels India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and finalize label artworks for printing
- Create flexo plate artworks and production-ready files
- Make label templates as per customer requirements
- Send final proof files/artwork approvals to customers
- Check artwork alignment, dimensions, color separation, and print accuracy
- Modify and adjust artworks based on customer corrections
- Prepare and complete COA/documents related to artwork and production
- Coordinate with production and sales team for smooth workflow
- Ensure all print files are properly aligned and technically correct before production
- RequirementsExperience in label printing / flexo printing preferred
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related designing software
- Understanding of flexo printing process and plate preparation
- Basic knowledge of barcode, font handling, dielines, and color matching
- Attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple artworks and revisions
- Preferred CandidateExperience in label printing industry preferred
- Candidates with prepress or packaging artwork experience will be given priority
