E-Commerce Executive

E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of strategies to improve our online presence and maximize sales growth. This role requires a blend of analytical, marketing, and customer service skills to enhance our e-commerce operations and improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Management: Create and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.

Order Processing: Manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving any order issues or discrepancies.

Sales Optimization: Monitor e-commerce sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales and improve conversion rates.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability, update product stock levels, and manage reordering.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns via email, chat, or social media platforms.

Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media) to drive traffic and increase sales.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable management insights.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to improve site performance and customer experience.
