E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate should be capable of handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, promotions, and customer support to improve sales performance and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces

Create and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, and descriptions

Handle inventory updates and stock management

Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries

Run marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch

Analyze sales reports and marketplace performance

Maintain account health and resolve marketplace-related issues

Coordinate with support teams for claims, reimbursements, and cases

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

Requirements

Experience in handling Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts

Knowledge of Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub

Basic understanding of PPC ads and marketplace promotions

Good communication and Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred
