- EDP Executive Job DescriptionEnter product, stock, purchase, and sales data into the ERP/software system.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock movements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Verify invoices, bills, and item codes.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, warehouse, and accounts departments.
- Monitor stock transfers between warehouse and store.
- Support barcode generation, price updates, and billing operations.
- Check data accuracy and resolve system discrepancies.
- Assist during stock audits and inventory verification.
