Job description:

Job Title: Operator — Automated Boat

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operator to manage and operate an automated boat for project activities in Chennai. Training will be provided. The candidate will be responsible for safe operation, basic monitoring, and on-site supervision of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the automated boat as per training provided
  • Ensure safe functioning during deployment and operation
  • Perform basic checks and report technical issues or malfunctions
  • Coordinate with the project team and follow operational guidelines
  • Maintain logs and ensure equipment safety
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities at the Chennai site

Requirements:

  • ITI (Electrician/Wireman) mandatory OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment
  • Willingness to travel/relocate to Chennai
  • Ability to work outdoors and on/near water
  • Responsible, alert, and safety-conscious
