ELV & ICT DESIGN LEAD
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- Master’s degree (preferred for senior roles)
Experience
- 15–25+ years in ELV systems engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years in leadership/managerial role
- Experience in large-scale projects (commercial, airports, hospitals, smart cities, etc.)
KPIs / Performance Metrics : Project delivery timelines Budget adherence System performance and reliability Client satisfaction Team productivity and retention.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV system design and integration
- Project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and ELV design tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Client Satisfaction
- Client satisfaction score (CSAT or NPS)
- Number of client complaints/escalations
- Repeat business or contract renewals
- Timely closure of client issues (% within SLA)
5. Team Productivity & Retention
- Employee utilization rate
- Revenue or project value per engineer
- Employee turnover/attrition rate (target: ≤ industry benchmark)
- Training hours per employee per year
- Internal promotion rate / succession readiness
