Deliver design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform Analysis and design of Multi Storey Buildings
• Develop design reports and review drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.
• Support design optimization for economy.
• Assist in technical discussions with clients.

Internal Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.

External Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)

Language Skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

• 6–8 years in structural design.

Nature of 

Experience

• Multi Storey Building Design, team leadership.

Technical Skills

•   ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro.
•   IS (mandatory), AISC & Eurocodes (Preferrerd)
•   Reinforced Concrete Design and Composite Structure design (Preferred).
