Engineering Trainee

Full-Time (Trainee Position)

Location: Chennai (Relocation is accepted)

Training period : 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production operations on the shop floor as per process requirements.
• Support line supervisors in assembly, welding, painting, and inspection activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Handle basic tools, equipment, and machinery under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices.
• Record and report production data, deviations, or equipment issues to the team lead.
• Participate in continuous improvement and skill enhancement activities.

Skills Required:

• Basic technical knowledge in core specialization.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shift).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to manufacturing processes.
