Job Title: Equity Dealer (Cash & Intraday Trading)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and disciplined Equity Dealer to execute equity market transactions on behalf of the company. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring market movements, executing buy and sell orders, managing trading positions, and ensuring compliance with the company’s trading and risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute equity trades (cash market and intraday) in accordance with the company’s trading strategy.

* Monitor live market movements, news, and price action throughout trading hours.

* Place, modify, and close buy/sell orders using the designated trading platform.

* Maintain strict stop-loss and risk management practices.

* Track open positions and prepare daily profit and loss (P&L) reports.

* Conduct technical and fundamental market analysis to identify trading opportunities.

* Maintain accurate trade records and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, and internal company policies.

* Coordinate with management regarding trading performance and market developments.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in equity trading or dealing (freshers with strong market knowledge may also be considered).

* Strong understanding of the Indian stock market, trading platforms, and market terminology.

* Knowledge of technical analysis, chart patterns, and risk management.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and trading software.

Preferred Skills:

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure during market hours.

* Excellent numerical and communication skills.

* Discipline in following trading strategies and risk controls.

* NISM certification (Equity Derivatives/Equity Dealer Module) is preferred.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday

* 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM (or as per market hours and company policy)
