Job Title: Executive – Finance & Office Operations 

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai 

  

Employment Type: Full-time 

  

Job Purpose 

We are looking for a sharp, highly confident, and assertive female professional to oversee our office administration, daily accounting, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will not just be a data entry assistant, but a proactive coordinator who can take complete ownership of office operations, enforce discipline, and ensure total compliance with company protocols without hesitation. 

  

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Financial & Accounts Management 

Maintain accurate records of day-to-day office expenses, cash flows, and financial transactions. 

  

Manage invoicing, vendor bills, receipts, and client payment tracking. 

  

Ensure timely updates of financial data in accounting software or internal trackers. 

  

2. Audit & Compliance Coordination 

Act as the primary point of contact for the company’s Auditor / Chartered Accountant (CA). 

  

Systematically organize and prepare all bank statements, vouchers, bills, and tax documents required for auditing. 

  

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines, resolving any discrepancies promptly. 

  

3. Office Administration & Operational Control 

Supervise daily office operations and maintain a highly disciplined work environment. 

  

Enforce company protocols and communication rules strictly across the internal team. 

  

Liaise boldly and confidently with external vendors, visitors, and internal staff to ensure operational efficiency. 

  

Manage office inventory, documentation, and overall administrative requirements. 

  

Candidate Profile & Qualifications 

Gender Preference: Female 

  

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), BBA (Finance), or a related field with strong accounting knowledge. 

  

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts, administration, or office management. (Experience working in an Auditor’s office or CA firm is a huge plus). 

  

Key Skills: 

  

Personality: High confidence, exceptional leadership skills, and an assertive attitude to manage office discipline. 

  

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, accounting concepts, and operational tools. 

  

Communication: Clear, strong, and fluent communication in Tamil and English.
