Job Description

Sheet Metal Fabrication and Assembly:

  • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts, including cutting, bending, welding, and forming materials to meet engineering specifications.
  • Use a variety of sheet metal fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, rollers, presses, and CNC machines, to shape and prepare metal components.
  • Cut, trim, and shape sheet metal pieces according to technical drawings or blueprints, ensuring accurate measurements and tolerance compliance.
  • Fit and assemble fabricated sheet metal parts into press tools, dies, or mechanical systems, ensuring precise alignment and functionality.


Press Tool & Die Assembly Support:

  • Assist in the fabrication, maintenance, and modification of press tools and dies, ensuring the correct fit of sheet metal parts and components.
  • Install fabricated parts into presses, tooling, and other systems, ensuring proper operation during production runs.
  • Perform adjustments and modifications to tooling and dies as needed to accommodate production changes or improvements.
