Factory Supervisor

Livro Foods is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the production of our Vinamis brand, specializing in Tofu, soy products, and Vietnamese plant-based foods. This is a critical role that covers the entire lifecycle of our products—from raw material processing to final delivery logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process for Tofu and other plant-based products, ensuring strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Machine Operations & Maintenance: Directly operate food processing machinery and oversee routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Team Leadership: Supervise factory workers, manage shift schedules, and ensure a safe, productive working environment.
• Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for workers to ensure they understand the manufacturing nuances and quality protocols.
• Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure products are dispatched on time, managing the flow from the factory floor to distribution.

Work Schedule

• Manufacturing Days: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Early start is mandatory to meet fresh delivery windows).
• Non-Manufacturing Days: Flexible hours based on the delivery and maintenance schedule.

Qualifications & Skills Preferred (But not mandatory):

• Proven experience in Food Processing or FMCG manufacturing.
• Previous experience in Factory Management or as a Production Supervisor.
• Technical aptitude for operating and maintaining industrial food machinery.
• Strong understanding of Logistics and supply chain coordination.
• People Skills: Ability to manage a diverse workforce and maintain high morale.
• Training Ability: Skill in simplifying complex processes for worker training.
