Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Collection to join our team at Axio. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹19,000 + Petrol Allowances 3000rs and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery: Visiting borrowers at their homes or businesses to follow up on pending EMIs, credit card bills, or supply chain loans.
Negotiation & Counseling: Educating customers on their outstanding balances, repayment terms, and the consequences of default, while negotiating feasible payment arrangements.
Payment Processing: Collecting cash, digital transfers, or cheques and ensuring timely deposits to the organization.
Documentation & Reporting: Updating payment statuses into collection software/CRMs and submitting daily reports to management.
Dispute Resolution: Identifying reasons for non-payment and addressing any customer grievances regarding their loan accounts
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass to Any Degree and Fresher or experience .
For DRA candidates salary : 22k
