Position: Airtel Fiber Installation Technician / Field Engineer
Location: Chennai
Company: Airtel Fiber
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives (Based on Experience)
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall Airtel Fiber (FTTH) broadband connections at customer premises.
- Lay and route fiber optic cables safely and efficiently.
- Configure ONT devices, Wi-Fi routers, and network equipment.
- Test internet connectivity, speed, and network performance after installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve broadband and Wi-Fi issues.
- Attend service requests and customer complaints within the assigned timeline.
- Ensure installation quality as per company standards.
- Maintain daily work reports and installation records.
- Educate customers on router usage and basic troubleshooting.
