Field Executive

Job Summary:

Bridgemen Asset Advisory LLP is seeking a motivated Field Executive to lead Land sourcing and Business Development activities in Chennai's real estate market. You will identify potential land parcels, build relationships with landowners and brokers, and support end-to-end acquisition processes for residential and commercial projects

Key Responsibilities:

Land Sourcing:

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels suitable for residential/commercial development
• Conduct field visits, site inspections, and verify land dimensions using basic survey tools
• Research land titles, zoning regulations, and local market trends

Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong networks with landowners, brokers, village officials, and local contacts
• Generate leads and expand the company's land pipeline
• Support negotiation and deal closure processes

Documentation & Coordination:

• Collaborate with legal and technical teams for due diligence, documentation, and verification
• Maintain accurate records of land leads, meetings, site visits, and deal progress in Excel
• Prepare basic reports and presentations for senior management

Market Intelligence:

• Monitor land prices, infrastructure developments, and government approvals in Chennai
• Submit regular market updates and competitor analysis
