Field Loan Sales Officer

Core Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and following up on established leads.
• Customer Meetings: Conduct on-site meetings and deliver compelling product information to the client.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate prices, finalize contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
• Reporting & Tracking: Log all sales activities, visits, and customer feedback into CRM tools and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity, new product launches, and evolving market trends.
