About the RolePD Technology Service is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our specialized electrical testing and diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers through direct field engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to industrial plants, utilities, power stations, manufacturing facilities, and commercial establishments to identify business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads for Partial Discharge Testing, Electrical Diagnostics, and related services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including plant heads, maintenance managers, electrical engineers, and procurement teams.
• Present company capabilities, service offerings, and technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into business opportunities and secure Purchase Orders (POs).
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies within assigned territories.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update lead status and conversion metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings when required.
• Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in the electrical, power, energy, or industrial services sector.
• Knowledge of electrical testing, asset management, or condition monitoring services.
• Familiarity with utilities, manufacturing plants, or industrial operations.
• Understanding of IEC standards and electrical safety practices.
