Job Description
JD for field network engineer : looking for field network engineer with 3-4 years of experience in network deployment, troubleshooting and field operations.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery.
Perform onsite network surveys, cabling checks, and hardware replacement activities.
Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Support branch/network rollout projects and migrations.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely closure of incidents/tickets.
Provide technical support during outages and critical incidents.
Follow security and compliance standards for network infrastructure.
Required Skills:
Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching.
Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba,, or similar networking devices.
Knowledge of Wi-Fi troubleshooting and network monitoring tools.
Experience in incident management and field support operations.
Ability to work independently in field environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
