Job Description
Job Title: Field Officer – Security Services
Department: Operations
Location: Sriperumbudur branch , Maraimalai Nagar (Perungalathur to Madurantakam)
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Branch Manager
Role Overview
The Field Officer will be responsible for managing site-level operations, ensuring effective manpower deployment, maintaining service quality, and driving client satisfaction. The role requires strong field presence, coordination skills, and ownership to ensure zero service gaps and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Deployment & Attendance Control
- Ensure Agreed vs Actual MPD (Manpower Deployment) is maintained at all sites
- Maintain shift continuity with less than 1% gap per month
- Ensure availability of manpower and timely closure of critical vacancies
- Drive continuous sourcing of manpower
Service Delivery & Quality Management
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery across all sites
- Conduct continuous quality checks including night inspections
- Maintain manpower quality standards (age, fitness, discipline)
- Ensure zero service failures and zero revenue leakage
Client Relationship & Feedback
- Drive 100% client retention through effective service management
- Ensure monthly client feedback collection (before 10th of every month)
- Address client concerns and ensure quick resolution
Training & Compliance
- Ensure 100% trained manpower before deployment
- Adhere to training calendar at site level, including periodic OJT
- Ensure 100% document submission within 3 days from DOJ
- Maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements
Billing & Financial Coordination
- Monitor Agreed vs Actual billed manpower
- Ensure 100% submission of attested attendance by 2nd of every month
- Support invoice submission within 2 days and obtain acknowledgement
- Ensure 90% collection within the same month without deductions
- Drive zero deductions due to service failures
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate clearly and precisely with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure legible and professional communication
- Act as a bridge between site staff, clients, and management
- Coordinate effectively with HR, Admin, and Operations teams
Team Management & Development
- Act as a team player and maintain team discipline
- Identify and mentor at least 1 potential employee once in 3 months
- Support team engagement and performance improvement
Self-Development & Organizational Contribution
- Continuously enhance knowledge, attitude, and skills contributing to organizational development (OD)
- Demonstrate strong response and ownership during crisis situations
- Maintain high standards of discipline and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Security Services
- Willingness to travel and handle multiple sites
