Job Description

ob Title: Field Recruiter

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients, and managing bulk hiring requirements. The candidate should be comfortable with field work, candidate mobilization, and recruitment coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and joining process
  • Handle field recruitment activities
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
