ob Title: Field Recruiter / Blue Collar Recruiter
Location: Hosur, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha,
Job Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates (ITI, Diploma, Helpers, Operators, Technicians).
• Conduct field recruitment drives in villages, ITIs, and local areas.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Collect candidate documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Certificates).
• Maintain candidate database and share daily recruitment updates.
Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 0–3 years in recruitment/field hiring preferred
Skills:
• Good communication skills - Hindi and English mandatory, any other regional language plus point.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives
