Job Description – Recruiter (Field / Mass Hiring)

Position: Field Recruiter

Role Purpose:

To manage end-to-end hiring for Picker, Packer, Loader positions through field recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, communities, references, and online platforms.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face screening of candidates.

Schedule and coordinate walk-ins and interviews at warehouse/store locations.

Maintain daily hiring reports and candidate databases.

Handle onboarding documentation and ensure timely joining.

Collaborate with the operations team to understand manpower requirements.

Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.

Requirements:

Comfortable with field hiring and regular travel.

Own bike preferred for local travel.
