Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Field Sales Manager with 0 to 2 years of experience, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. This position accommodates professionals with or without prior advertising sector experience, as we value core sales excellence, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities above industry-specific backgrounds. You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, driving client acquisitions, and mentoring a high-performing sales.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and initial pitching to negotiation and final closure.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and high-value accounts.
• Market Mapping: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting demand to identify new avenues for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales management, business development, or account management.
• Industry Background: Open to all sectors; previous experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing agencies is a plus but not mandatory.
• Sales Expertise: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and contract closing skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a sales strategy from scratch and adapt quickly to market changes.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not required.
