Job Title: Cluster Manager – Field Sales


Company: Kreedo

Location: Chennai

Role Summary


The Cluster Manager – Field Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance across the assigned cluster/region by managing field sales teams, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring achievement of sales targets for Kreedo’s products and services.


Roles & Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Kreedo’s products and services within the assigned cluster/region.


Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Manage, guide, and mentor a team of field sales executives to ensure individual and team performance goals are met.


Identify new sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and engagement with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.


Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.


Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to coach, support, and enhance sales team capabilities.


Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and field events to improve product visibility and generate leads.


Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to keep Kreedo’s offerings competitive.


Handle and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Skills Required


Strong leadership and team management skills


Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


Experience in field sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector


Ability to travel extensively within the assigned cluster
