Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cold-call, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Direct Selling & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and pitch services to prospects.
Deal Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and finalize sales to meet or exceed established revenue targets.
Territory Management: Plan daily travel routes, manage time effectively within an assigned geographical region, and maximize market coverage.
Customer Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients, address their concerns, and look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Reporting & Tracking: Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports and accurately log client interactions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
