Job Description – Field Sales Executive (RMC Plant)Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)Industry: Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) / Construction / Building MaterialsLocation: As AssignedKey Responsibilities:Generate new business by meeting builders, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) products.Identify new project opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.Coordinate with the plant, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Conduct regular site visits and monitor customer requirements.Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.Submit daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.Requirements:Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Civil Engineering preferred).1–5 years of experience in RMC, Cement, Construction, or Building Materials sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively.Skills Required:B2B SalesLead GenerationClient Relationship ManagementNegotiation & ClosingMarket DevelopmentTerritory ManagementCommunication & Presentation Skills
