Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to grow our customer base and drive revenue within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to meet prospects and customers in person, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Map the territory, plan daily routes/beats, and ensure adequate market coverage.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policy.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs, and report back to management.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the reporting manager.
