Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Merchandiser – Automotive Industry (2-4 Years Experience)

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : 20-22k with other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
• Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to anticipate product needs
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely product availability
• Monitor stock levels, initiate reorders, and manage inventory effectively
• Coordinate with visual merchandisers and store teams for product placement and promotions
• Prepare sales and performance reports for internal reviews
• Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing
• Support in new product launches, seasonal assortments, and promotional events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of retail math and KPIs
• Experience with visual merchandising tools and software
• Familiarity with industry trends in [Apparel/FMCG/Electronics/etc.]
