Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Executive is an energetic, people-first field role at the heart of SSG Chits' growth. You will be the face of SSG Chits in your territory — meeting prospects, explaining our chit plans, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term subscribers.
Experience: 1 to 4 years in Sales, Field Marketing, or Customer Acquisition
Industry: Chit Fund / NBFC / Insurance / Microfinance / Finance (preferred)
Age: 21 to 32 years
Languages: Tamil
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence
Others:
- Identify and approach potential chit subscribers in assigned territory (Redhills, Ponneri, Tiruvallur, Avadi and nearby areas)
- Explain SSG Chits plans (₹1L to ₹10L) clearly to prospects — benefits, payment schedules, and disbursement process
- Convert warm and cold leads into active, enrolled chit subscribers
- Achieve monthly new subscriber enrolment targets set by the Sales Manager
- Maintain a personal lead pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects
