🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Role: Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Executive

Open Location: Chennai

Geography to be covered: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and part of Andhra Pradesh

Travelling: 15 – 20 days in a month (locally as well in other states of South)

Reporting To: Product Head

Experience Required: 5+ years in chemical sales, strong B2B engagement in pigments like Iron Oxides, Ultramarine Blue and Fluorescent pigments selling these to the segments like Paint, Plastics, Paper,Inks, Cosmetics, Construction industry etc.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop the assigned zones for BDC and/or Kaleido within territories and industry verticals
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts and strategically developing new customers
  • Develop and deliver monthly sales target via revenue generation in the assigned territories
  • Use CRM and ERP systems for efficient pipeline management and customer insights

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in chemical distribution sales (ideally pigments, specialty chemicals or resin segments)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with high motivation and adaptability in travel-centric roles
