Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Chennai branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the local market as well as outstation areas surrounding Madurai. This is a full-time role with excellent growth opportunities, comprehensive training, and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Chennai & the surrounding sales region.
• Focus on two major tasks: securing orders and collecting payments (credit-based collections).
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth order processing and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
