Field Sales Executive

Friendloan is an NBFC based in Chennai, offering Unsecured Business Loans to shop owners and small business customers.

We are looking for Field Sales Managers with 1–3 years of experience in sales, finance, loan sales, or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily leads through field visits and own sources.
• Identify shop owners and small business customers who require business loans.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, repayment options, and documentation to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with the internal team for loan processing.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and develop new customer sources.
• Maintain daily activity and lead reports.

Loan Product Details:

Product: Unsecured Business Loan

• Loan Amount: ₹1 Lakh – ₹10 Lakhs
• Business Vintage: Minimum 2 Years
• Property: Own House / Rental House – Both Eligible
• Business Type: Multiple shop/business categories eligible
• CRIF Score: 600+
• Repayment Options: Daily / Weekly / Monthly
• No Collateral Required

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1–3 years
• Experience in Finance / NBFC / Banking / Loan Sales / Unsecured Business Loan / Field Sales / Direct Sales / Lead Generation is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in daily lead generation and field sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
